INGREDIENTS
- Water yam(isu ewura)
- salt
- maggi
- ground crayfish
- mashed pepper(ata rodo and shobo)
- beef/chicken
- smoked fish
- shaki, pomo
- palm oil
- Slice and peel the water yam
- Rinse and grate into bowl
- Sprinkle salt, maggi, crayfish, small quantity of pepper and mix with d grated water yam
- Add palm oil into a heated pot, then add locust beans and the mashed pepper.
- Let it fry for about 10 minutes and stir regularly
- Add shredded cooked beef/chicken, fish, shaki..... and let it boil for 10minutes
- Remove all the beef/chicken, fish, shaki....leaving just stew
- Add the grated water yam in small lumps
- Do not stir and allow to boil for 10 more minutes
- Add the beaf/chicken,fish, shaki....
- Leave for 5minutes.
