Serena Williams only has eyes for one man: Justin Bieber

At least, that is what she gleefully signaled on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Friday during a game of Who'd You Rather?
The 35-year-old tennis champion burst out laughing when asked to choose between Idris Elba and Justin Bieber.
"Well," Williams said. "What do you mean?"
"I am definitely going with Justin Bieber!" she added, pumping a fist in the air. "Justin Bieber. You know what, it's always gonna be Justin Bieber."

Are we stuck on Justin now?" Ellen asked, as a photo of Bradley Cooper was displayed alongside the pop star's. "But we're on Bradley Cooper."

"Justin Bieber," Williams said.

The tennis star, who is known to be a Belieber, was also asked to choose between Jake Gyllenhaal and Bruno Mars as well as between Gyllenhaal and Michael B. Jordan —the last of which was a no-brainer for her, apparently.

She was also ask to make the extremely tough choice between Jordan or Zac Efron. Other contenders included Chance the Rapper and British Formula One racing star Lewis Hamilton, who spent Halloween with Williams.

Williams remained coy when asked about her real love life.

"So there is no special person in your life right now," DeGeneres said on her show.
"Well, I didn't say that," Williams replied."
"Well, let me ask you then. Is there a special person in your life?" DeGeneres asked.
"I didn't say that," Williams said. "There's a lot of special people in my life."

YOU WILL BE SHOCKED AT HOW CURRENT AND OPEN I AM ON ISSUES OF LOVE - TOKE MAKINWA

Popular and pretty OAP, Toke Makinwa has revealed her new marital status.

The media personality, who has been gushing about her new book, “On Becoming” said she has revealed everything that constituted the person of Toke in the book that will be released on November 28.

In an exclusive interview with Kemiashefonlovehaven, Toke revealed why she wrote the book:

Why and when did you decide to write a book?

I wish I woke up one day and decided writing a book but no. People have different stories and different inspiration behind why they did certain things and toed certain paths. Writing a book never really crossed my mind because I saw authors as those retiring. But I had a challenging time last year 2015 and while I was busy trying to survive, I started documenting a lot. There were days I felt good and, I wrote something. Also there were days I did voice notes. There were times I allowed the bad days take its toll.

It occurred to me at a point that I could write a book but I didn’t take it seriously. But when people started telling me that they prayed for me and that God told them that I would write a book, I started thinking about it. By the start of 2016, I was still fiddling with the idea but I wasn’t certain what it would be. But I remembered what I went through last year and saw it as a good way of making others especially women, have who and where they can turn to, whenever going through the same ordeal.  That way, I will not only deal with the situation but help someone else overcome.
The society sees the woman as a superwoman who runs her home, takes care of the kids, husband, runs her business successfully and nobody asks her, “Are you Ok”? If she doesn’t succeed in any of the many segments of her life, she isn’t seen as a superwoman.

What is the book all about?

“On Becoming’ is a journey of a girl who is trying to make sense of life and its curves, its turns, ups and downs and turning the negatives to positives. I want people to read this book because there are many things to find out about Toke. They don’t know Toke. It’s important for me to tell my story and not allow the world tell it for me. It’s a spiritual journey indeed.

Are there moments you cried?

Yes, because I am human. I have my down times but not accepting defeat is what I don’t joke with. You need the mindset of not accepting defeat. It’s not running away from what happened but saying, ‘what can I do to save it’?

After your crashed marriage, are you in love now?

(Laughs) I can’t say that now but in my book, "On Becoming," you will discover my current status. You will be shocked at how current and open I am on issues of love etc.

N.B “On Becoming” goes on release on the 28th of November 2016 in bookstores across Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, United Kingdom and United States. E-Books will be available on Kindle, Amazon, OkadaBooks and others.

PICTURES: NIGERIAN OAP ARRIVES WEDDING VENUE IN A TRICYCLE (KEKENAPEPE)

According to one Ijeoma Uba, who wrote about the event, "He's handsome. He's polished. His middle name is Suave. On radio, he's your fantasy. He decided to take a wife. A young, pretty, God-fearing wife. Onyinye appeared from Imo State and begged not to be entreated to leave him. Austine Okorodudu the toastmaster.

November 12th, 2016. The day for his people to become Onyi's people. He already shared God with her. We all waited. Like the toastmaster he is, never believing in strict societal stereotypes, Austine decided to ride on a tricycle (kekenapep) to Redeemed Christian Church of God Unity Parish, Asaba where he would be joined with his soul mate.

His missing rib is to be fixed back and he needed all the fresh air in the world. Austine and his best man Prince Richards dazzled the congregation when they both cruised to the church premises with little Groom Dumebi;  Keke-Oxygen abi! That wasn't the icing.

Joined as one, Austine with his better half, set the major roads of Asaba,  Delta State capital agog when he shunned all the exotic cars in his convoy again. He took his beautiful Onyinye home in keke-napep. He had at least ten SUVs that could have taken them home but he preferred them riding behind.

People took photographs of the couple as they rode the streets. Tricyclists voluntary joined in the convoy in wild excitement to show solidarity. What informed this showbiz guy's decision? "Your Radio Fantasy" as he's fondly called by his audience, said he wanted something out of the ordinary.

He was tired of seeing people ride in posh cars on their wedding days. In fact, he actually wanted to take his bride to church on a horse but for the strict rules of the Church, prohibiting such and the fact that he couldn't still get one for their journey back home.

Sweet sight it was to behold as the newest couple rode through the streets entertaining people with their beautiful sights on their special day. Austine is indeed your fantasy! Will Onyinye join? Yes, she's already nursing people back to good health. Happy married life to the sweet couple."

PHOTOS: STORY OF A YABATECH GRADUATE WHO SLEEPS ON THE STREET OF LAGOS BECAUSE HER BOYFRIEND THREW HER OUT

Hours ago, a certain Facebook user, Natasha Akpoti shared the photo above and a story alongside, read it below:

"Last night I, like many were disturbed about the news of a young lad burnt to death for attempting to steal garri. The images haunted my sleep. Not only because of the gruesome murder of a human being bitten hard by poverty, but because of those human beings that carried the act and worse off, those who stood by capturing his death with their phones.

This morning on my to the Singaporean embassy in Lagos, I saw besides the gates of Eko hotel, a lady laying on the floor and everyone (black and white) walked past her like she didn't exist . I picked up my phone and took this picture (below) with the hope that I could share a lesson of poverty with you all.
At the embassy, I couldn't get her image off my head. I felt even ashamed to have taken only the picture without stopping to hear her story.
Immediately I stepped out of the embassy, I drove right back to her. Woke her up and this is what she said in fluent English.
My name is Queen Okoye. I am 31 years old and a graduate of YabaTech. I am from Orsu LGA in Imo state (she paused to spell Orsu for me). Her father is Mr. Basil a Okoye. Mother is late. She lived with her boyfriend whilst in school. Their relationship fell apart and he kicked her out of his apartment. She has lived on the streets for years because her sister (married with children ) refused to assist her.
I asked if she was on drugs and alcohol, but she said no. I noticed she smiled a little too much but always added "I am happy a beautiful lady like you acknowledged me. People walk by me everyday like I don't exist ". This broke my heart.
So I asked permission to take a picture and share her story with you good people. She asked " will they help or laugh at me. People call me crazy" . I told her the God that made me see her will make others connect to her.
I also asked if she had any message for you all . She looked at me and said " tell them I need help to get out of the streets. It all started like a joke and now I can't believe how low I have fallen. I might need some counseling and medical attention because being out here changes one drastically. I need a place to sleep and a job to fend for myself .

Please "Beloved Nigerians, in our heart lies the power to do good and evil. I understand hunger's pain. I know exactly the danger poverty sting's delves to ones psych. At this trying times, let's be sure to Chanel our frustration to the right persons and not the vulnerable like us.
Today, I had an option to be like everyone and walk past Queen but I decided to be better. Everyone of us can attempt a little kindness and love to each homeless person; or anyone about to be lynched by a crowd. A little effort goes a long way.
Queen stays in front of Eko hotel's fence. She is waiting for someone to read this and reach out to her. So if you work in Lagos state welfare department or know any agency in charge of women, pls get to Queen. Let's all share a little kindness because it would all come back to us.
 Queen needs you!!!
