IS KANYE WEST FAKING "MENTAL BREAKDOWN" TO AVOID BREACH OF CONTRACT LAWSUIT?

 

Did Kanye West or his management fake West’s “mental breakdown” in order to avoid a breach of contract lawsuit?

This theory is plausible because West’s suspicious hospital admission for an emergency psychiatric evaluation on Monday comes on the heels of the cancelation of his popular Saint Pablo Tour the same day. The coincidence is too great to ignore.


Published sources report the LAPD went to a private residence to perform a welfare check on West.
Someone thought the 39-year-old rapper was a danger to himself (or others) and ordered him transported to a hospital for a mental evaluation.

West resisted and was handcuffed to a gurney and transported to UCLA Medical Center where he was admitted to the adult psychiatric unit on a possible 5150 psychiatric hold.

The cancelation of West’s tour left over $30 million on the table — money that is sorely needed at a time when West and his wife Kim Kardashian are reportedly having cash flow problems.
The other reason a fake mental breakdown might be plausible is this song titled “I Feel Like That” off the 1st version of West’s The Life of Pablo album.

In the song West reels off a long list of symptoms that a doctor or mental health professional might ask a patient.

Do you experience nervousness or shakiness inside?
Faintness or dizziness?
The idea that someone else can control your thoughts?
Feeling others are to blame for most of your thoughts?
Trouble remembering things?
Feeling easily annoyed or irritated?
Feeling afraid in open spaces or in public?
Thoughts of ending your life?

Then West sings, “I feel like that all the time”.
West’s self awareness is excellent especially since most mental health patients don’t believe they are mentally ill.
Someone with this much self awareness could easily fake a mental breakdown in order to recoup a $30 million loss from an insurance company.

Frank Darlington, the manager of Soccer Warriors Football Academy, Pen Cinema, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, for allegedly sodomising three of his teenage players, in Agege, Punchng reports.

He was arrested last Thursday, after one of the victims reported him to the police. Darlington, 49, who hails from Imo State, allegedly took three footballers to his house on separate occasions after training sessions, and sodomised them.


Darlington’s wife and 3-year-old daughter, lived in Imo State, after the two got divorced in March 2016. The police said the suspect allegedly penetrated the victims’ anuses, and would be charged for sodomy. .

While confessing, Darlington said, “It was in February 2015 that the rape started. I usually had sex with my boys just to play with them. It was romance. We had fun together. The last one I did was in July 2016, knowing that it could get me into trouble.


I slept with only three of my footballers. I have been coaching for about 12 years. The sex with the boys was not for any ritual. I only derived fun from it. I knew it was a crime and that was why I stopped this act since July. I pledged not to go back into this.”


One of the victims, Kehinde (pseudonym), told our correspondent that Darlington threatened him that he (Kenny) would die if he told anyone about the sodomy. The 18-year-old said he was forced to tell his mother when Darlington made it a habit.


He said, “He always had sex with me and with most of us. He started last year. The first time he approached me was after a training session. He said my performance was bad and I should meet him at home for a discussion.


When I went, he molested me. He did not use any protection. He did not give me any money, but he threatened that I would die if I told anyone. I cannot count how many times he had done this to me. I told my mother when I was tired of his abuse."


Another victim revealed that a large number of footballers at the academy had withdrawn because “he always slept with 2 or 3 of us every week."

RAPPER THE GAME ORDERED TO PAY $7 MILLION FOR DAMAGES TO SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM

Rapper The Game has been ordered to pay a former reality show contestant a $7 million judgment in a $10 million sexual assault case that was originally filed in 2015 in Chicago, Illinois.

After four days of deliberation a jury found the 36-year-old rapper liable for damages in the sexual assault case filed by Priscilla Rainey, a former contestant on the rapper’s reality TV show ‘She’s Got Game’.

Game plans to file an appeal to either reduce or toss out the court’s judgment.
Rainey was handpicked for the show by reality show veteran Laura Govan.
The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, accused Rainey of retaliating against him after she was kicked off his show in May 2015.

The show aired from August 2015 through October 2015 before it was canceled.
Rainey filed the lawsuit claiming she suffered “physical, psychological and emotional damages” as a result of Taylor’s unwanted sexual advances.

In a court document, Rainey said she was led to believe she was going on a date with Taylor at an Illinois bar.

Once inside the bar, she said a “highly intoxicated” Taylor slid his hand up her dress and fondled her privates.

Taylor has denied rumors that he bedded — or attempted to bed — all of the contestants on his show.

KENYE WEST HOSPITALISED FOR "PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION" FEW DAYS AFTER CANCELING HIS TOUR

 

Rapper Kanye West has been hospitalized after abruptly canceling his tour on Monday.

According to the NBC, his hospitalization was prompted by a disturbance call to the Los Angeles police department.

His hospitalization follows days after he ranted about how he would have voted for Donald Trump during the US Presidential elections.


On Saturday, Kanye West went on a tirade against Jay Z, Beyonce and Hillary Clinton after showing up late for his concert in California and performing only 2 songs.
West’s mother-in-law, Kris Jenner has said the rapper the rapper was exhausted.

“He’s exhausted. He’s just really tired. He’s had a grueling tour and it’s been a grind, so he just needs to rest.”

Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson, Brian Humphrey said the department responded to “an unspecified medical aid request” in the 900 block of North Laurel Avenue.

“An adult male, described as medically stable, was taken to an area hospital for further assessment,” he said.
TMZ, however reports that Kanye West was taken in for “psychiatric evaluation”.
