MELANIA AND BARRON TRUMP WON'T BE MOVING TO THE WHITE HOUSE WITH DONALD TRUMP

Future First Lady Melania Trump and son Barron will not be moving to the White House after Donald Trump’s inauguration in January, The Post has learned.

The president-elect’s 46-year-old wife and their 10-year-old son are staying put at the family’s glitzy Trump Tower penthouse so that Barron can continue attending his Upper West Side private school, sources told The Post.

“Melania is extremely close to Barron, and they have become closer during the campaign,” said a source close to Trump’s transition team. “The campaign has been difficult for Barron, and she is really hoping to keep disruption to a minimum.”
Another source said Melania Trump will travel to the White House as needed, but that her primary focus is on Barron.

“Melania is very supportive of her husband and is fully on board of doing everything that’s needed as first lady,” said the second source familiar with the Trump transition.
That source said also that there is a possibility that Melania and Barron may move to the White House at the end of the school year, but no plans are in place.

“She is really devoted to Barron,” said a source close to the family, adding that Melania has not relied on nannies to raise the child and is frequently seen picking the fourth-grader up from his prep school, where tuition is north of $40,000.

The decision to remain in their Midtown home will increase the security presence around Trump Tower — an effort that will involve both Secret Service and the NYPD, an expert familiar with high-level security told The Post.

“That building is going to become the White House of New York,” said Jim Reese, a former Delta Force commander and president of TigerSwan, a global security company based in North Carolina.

“The Secret Service is going to have to keep that whole area cordoned off so that some wacko can’t get close and detonate a car bomb.”

Strict security measures around Trump Tower will remain in place, with two of the five lanes on Fifth Avenue between West 56th and 57th streets closed because of barriers, said officials at a joint NYPD, Secret Service and City Hall news conference Friday.

Following the presidential election, the area around Trump Tower has turned into a traffic nightmare, with West 56th Street closed to traffic between Fifth and Madison avenues, and shoppers having to go through a security cordon and subject to bag checks.

Barron and Melania will each have an unknown number of Secret Service agents assigned to them in addition to a driver and armored vehicle to take Barron to school, Reese said. An advance team of agents will swoop down on the school each morning to make sure it’s safe, he added.

14-YEAR-OLD BRITISH GIRL VOLUNTEER TO BE CRYOGENICALLY FROZEN

You might think cryogenics — the branch of physics dealing with the production and effects of very low temperatures; often mentioned in relation to freezing a person's body in the hopes of bringing them back to life in the future — are straight out of science-fiction, but it turns out some people are turning to them for real-life solutions.

The latest brave volunteer to undergo the freezing process, with the hope to be revived in the future, is a 14-year-old girl from Britain. Last month, a girl suffering from cancer, known as JS (for legal reasons), was granted the right to be frozen, following a lengthy court case surrounding the moral and ethical questions of her brave decision.

According to the CNN, the girl's divorced parents disagreed over her wish to be frozen after her death so she wrote a letter to a High Court judge asking it to intervene in the case.

"I don't want to die but I know I am going to... I want to live longer... I want to have this chance," she wrote.

As a result, judge Peter Jackson granted JS right to be frozen after her death on 17 October, and her body was taken to the U.S. to become the first British child to be cryogenically frozen.

The young girl hoped that by being frozen, she might one day be 'woken up' and cured of her rare form of cancer. "I'm dying, but I'm going to come back again in 200 years," she told a relative.
After being diagnosed with cancer last year, JS reportedly began researching cryonic preservation – the process of freezing a dead body with the hope to be revived in the future – but required the permission of her parents to be allowed to take part in the science.

Last month, the judge granted JS' mother sole right over the decision and said the child was a "bright, intelligent young person" with full capacity. However, he also highlighted that his ruling did not concern cryogenic preservation itself, but the right to decide whether to take part in the process.

Despite being too ill to attend court, JS wrote to the judge to say: "I think being cryo-preserved gives me a chance to be cured and woken up, even in hundreds of years' time. I don't want to be buried underground."

JS and her mother have also been granted an injuction against the child's father which prevents him from trying to alter arrangements concerning his daughter's body.

IK OGBONNA SUPPORTS MEN INVESTING IN EARRINGS

Image result for IK OGBONNA PICS

Nollywood actor IK Ogbonna has defended the decision of some Nigerian men to invest in earrings. The actor told Vanguard that God didn’t invent earrings especially for women so anyone can wear them.

“Who invented earrings?” he asked when asked of the moral behind wearing earrings. “God didn’t create earrings but girls are wearing earrings. These are things that people created overtime and then it became a norm and then people accepted it.

So someone shouldn’t just look at you and say “Oh you’re a man, you shouldn’t wear earring. If you feel comfortable wearing earring, wear earring and worship God. If you feel comfortable having a tattoo, have a tattoo and worship God. There are people that don’t have tattoos on their body but they preach hate, they preach lots of hate,” he said “So let people focus more on major primary issues instead, and not IK Ogbonna ’s tattoos and earrings. I’m going to keep my tattoos and earrings for as long as possible. I might even give my son an earring to wear” he added.

BABY FOUND DEAD IN BISCUIT CARTON NEAR A REFUGE DUMP IN AKWA IBOM (PHOTOS)

Residents were thrown into shock over the death of a baby found abandoned in biscuit carton along Ikot Ekpene Road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.

The baby girl, neatly dressed and abandoned near a refuse dump, supposedly cried herself to death
According to reports, the unidentified baby became pale after a long period of crying, before passing out.

One of the witnesses said the mother might have abandoned the baby because she considered it a witch or she might have been driven by poverty.
"There are lot of children being thrown away like this in recent times because the mothers think they're witches or plagued by demon spirits or maybe for lack of what feed the children." the witness said.
Mr. Okon Isaac, who was on his way to a fuel station along Ikot Ekpene Road, said he heard the cry of a baby near the refuse bin.
"I have been here since 5:47 am. I wanted to buy fuel from Total, which only sells the product when available between the hours of 4 and 6:20am. After this time, they stop selling pretending not to have the product. As I was passing, I heard the cry of the baby. I began to wonder where the baby was crying from, but when I got close to the refuse bin, just off the road, I saw a baby girl neatly dressed and dumped in a biscuit carton," said Mr Okon.
"I could not go to Total in search of fuel again. I stayed behind to observe if the mother of the baby might change her mind and come back for the baby. And before long, people started to troop in as they heard the cry of the baby. As we live in a period of child theft and selling of children for money, people were scared to touch the baby. They all stood helpless, should anyone risk lifting the baby, and the police happen to be around, the individual can be accused of child theft, or whatever." He added.
The police, who confirmed the incident said they were aware of the situation and had contacted the Ministry of Environment for necessary action.
Meanwhile, until the baby died; neither the police nor officials of the Ministry of Environment were seen at the scene.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN MARRIED - RONKE ODUSANYA, AKA FLAKKY

— Ronke Odusanya, aka Flakky Ididowo
Background
I hail from Ogun State. I was born into a Christian home and I had a strict upbringing. Even though my parents separated, my childhood was fun and I have so many good memories.  While my mum has yet to remarry, my dad remarried and I lived with him for some time.

Education
I attended St. Benedict Nursery & Primary School, Lagos, and Federal Government Girls’ College, Akure. Afterwards, I studied Mass Communication at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye.
Acting
I became interested in acting when I was at the university. As an undergraduate, I used to feature in plays that were staged in school. Professionally, I started acting about 16 years ago. I joined Nollywood and took part in some English movies. I joined Oga Bello’s Awada Kerikeri Theatre Group, in the year 2000, and that was where I honed my acting skills.
Movies
In 2001, I featured in my first Yoruba movie, Baba Ologba, alongside Adebayo Salami, aka Oga Bello, and Femi Adebayo. Since then, I have featured in several others and I have played lead roles in many movies as well.
Challenges
Life is full of challenges and I encountered so many obstacles when I started acting. Firstly, my father was not happy that I became an actress. When he discovered, he was very angry because he thought I would get a proper job. Besides, nobody in my father’s family had ever become an actress. Most of them were doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc.  My father and my stepmother did not support me and they tried to frustrate my ambition. At some point, he asked me to move out of his house if I was bent on becoming an actress. I went to live with my mum and even though she was not happy at what I had decided to do with my life, she did not fail to support me. Another challenge I faced was the poor remuneration. There were times when I was not even paid at all but I did not allow that to discourage me because of the passion I have for the job.
Nicknames
I have several nicknames. At the beginning of my career, I used to be known as Ronke AKO (Awada Kerikeri Organisation). I am also known as Becky, which was the character I played in Funke Akindele-Bello’s two-part movie, Jenifa. I think the nickname that has stuck with me is Flakky Ididowo. I got that pseudonym after I played Folake in a movie produced by someone I respect so much, Fathia Balogun.
Movie production
I am not only an actress, I am also a producer. I have produced several movies in the past and I just finished work on two movies. I like to make good films and that is why I don’t come out with movies every now and then. I am a professional and I know what a good movie should look like. I have set a standard for myself and I don’t want to disappoint my fans.
Physique
People say I have a provocative figure but I did not create myself. When I was younger, people used to taunt me and I would cry. Over time, I have come to love my body irrespective of whether I have unusually large breasts or buttocks. When I walk on the streets of Lagos, men look at me in a seductive manner but I don’t care as long as I am not indecently dressed. In fact, some people scream obscenities at me. Some call me Cowbell and I either laugh it off or just ignore them.
Fame
I do not care about fame. It has not changed who I am and it has not altered the way I relate with people be it my family, friends or fans. I am a very simple person and generally down-to-earth and forthright. To a large extent, I am an introvert and I like to spend a lot of time indoors. I rarely go out except it is very necessary.
Marriage
Being in the limelight has it disadvantages. One of the demerits of being in the limelight is that one finds it difficult to find true love. You can’t tell if that man or woman loves you for who you are or because you are a celebrity. I will get married when God says it is my time. My time has yet to come and that is why I am still single.  Anyone who rushes into marriage will definitely rush out, so I am taking my time. Unlike it was speculated sometime ago, I have never been married.
Pasuma and I
Not all relationships lead to marriage and such was my relationship with Pasuma. Even though we are no longer dating, we are still good friends. The fact that we are both celebrities may have been responsible for our inability to get married. A lot of times, celebrity marriages don’t work out because both parties are in the limelight. This breeds a lot of distrust and problems in the marriage.
Style
I like simple, nice and classy wear. I also like traditional wear because I look good in them and they are super comfortable.

PHOTOS: WORLD SHORTEST COUPLE OFFICIALLY CROWED BY GUINESS WORLD RECORDS IN LONDON

Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros and Katyucia Hoshino were officially crowned the world's shortest couple in London Friday. The duo both hails from Brazil and have been verified at a combined height of 181.41 cm (71.42 in), becoming world record holders of shortest marries couple, back in September after tying the knot.

The couple who were measured by the officials of Guinness World Records In central London, Friday, had their record verified and confirmed at the GWR St Thomas's Hospital in central London.

Paulo, 30, who is just 34.8in tall, has diastrophic dysplasia dwarfism while 26-year-old Katyucia, 35.2in in height, has achondroplasia dwarfism. They tied the knot in front of family and friends in hometown Itupeva, Brazil, and were presented to the media for the first time Friday.
A red carpet was rolled out for them as they posed in their wedding outfits for photographs in front of London landmark the Houses of Parliament.
Paula and Katyucia first met in 2006 through a social media platform called, 'Orkut'.
Speaking ahead of Friday’s celebration on the international record breaking day, Paulo said; 'I found her very beautiful from the first moment I saw her.’ But Katyucia didn't reciprocate Paulo’s love at first, she blocked him on the instant messaging site, before Paulo eventually won her heart afterwards.
According to guinnessworldrecords.com, they chatted online regularly for a couple of years before they first met in person on 20 December 2008. They began dating on 29 December.
They maintained a long distance relationship for four years, managing to see each other every couple of months. In January 2012, Katyucia decided to move from her hometown of Londrina to Paulo’s town, Itapeva. They did not need to live together long before they knew they were meant to be together.
Paulo, a civil servant for his local government, and Katyucia, beauty salon owner, receive a lot of attention for their height, and not all of it was good. They found that being together attracted more attention – but equally, being together gave them greater strength in dealing with the attention coming from the public.
According to Paulo’s birth records, he was unable to walk until he turned 21 years old.
In an attempt to be more independent, he used a child’s tricycle to aid his inability to walk in his late teens, and upgraded to a four-wheeler when he turned 20. Having learned to walk and following the fitting of orthopaedic boots in 2008, he vowed to never use a child’s bike again – he then upgraded to a specially fitted out car which he still drives today. His colleagues know him as ‘Paulinho Gigante’ – Giant Paulo.
Speaking at the event Friday, Katyucia said:
“We are so happy to be a part of Guinness World Records Day and to have our unique record celebrated. We hope our new record will encourage the world to look past the physical differences in others and understand all people should be treated equally. We may be short but we have big hearts and lots of love for each other as well as everybody in our lives. Our life isn’t without its challenges but we are so happy we can tackle these challenges together.”
