to be in the house soonest.
"After
calling his brother he committed suicide, by the time his brother arrived at
the house, he found his body hanging next to that of the wife," Kiambu

30yrs old actress Amber Heard is being sued for $10m by the
producers of her film London Fields. The actress, who starred in the
crime/thriller drama film as a promiscuous psychic, is facing legal
action for allegedly breaching "performance and promotional
obligations".
Over a year ago, London Fields debuted at the Toronto Film Festival
and tongues were sent wagging by the no-show of many of the movie's
stars.
The movie was mired in legal action as director Mathew
Cullen sued Christopher Hanley's Nicola Six Limited for fraud, claiming
producers hijacked the final cut of the film changing it from his
vision.
However, Hanley hit back with counterclaims accusing Cullen of
failing to deliver the film - based on British writer Martin Amis' novel
of the same name - on budget and on time.
Another one... On Monday, a new lawsuit was
filed against Heard at Los Angeles Superior Court accusing the star of
not fulfilling her contracted duties either on set or on the promotional
tour and of conspiring with Cullen to violate his contractual
agreements.
Heard got into an argument with Nicola Six Limited over the use of n*de scenes in the final cut.
The papers state: "In an effort to intimidate Nicola Six, Heard
falsely claimed to Nicola Six that she had not contractually agreed to
allow the use of n*dity in the Picture.
"As a result of Heard's refusal to comply with her contractual obligations - including her improper refusal to act in provocative scenes contained in the pre-approved script - key scenes in the script had to be removed and/or rewritten to accommodate Heard's behaviour."
The producers are seeking a minimum of $10million in compensatory damages from her.
Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is back to its glory ... and it's now getting Secret Service-like protection.
Law enforcement sources tell us the LAPD will have 2 officers on foot
patrol in the area 24/7, in addition to vehicle patrol. We're told a
camera will be trained on Trump's star, located near a shopping mall ...
and private security has also been alerted to keep an eye out for
vandals.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce -- which maintains the Walk -- has
placed a protective barrier around Trump's star -- it's unclear when it
will be removed.
The star had been covered by a wooden panel for several weeks after it got obliterated with help of a sledgehammer. The vandal faces 3 years in prison.
Kanye West is in a bad mental state ... and sources familiar with the situation tell us his hospitalization is far from over.
Our sources say as of Wednesday morning it appeared he would stay at
UCLA Medical Center until at least week's end. We're told some members
of Kanye's family wanted him home for Thanksgiving and felt it would do
him good, but as of yesterday that looked improbable.
TMZ broke the story ... Kanye's doctor told cops he was suffering from a temporary psychosis brought on by sleep deprivation and extreme dehydration, but we're told the problems go much deeper.
A well-connected Kanye source tells us Kanye's psychological problems are significant enough so that his insurance policy
-- which covers lost profits and financial obligations for cancelled
concerts due to illness -- will almost certainly cover the losses for
the 21 concerts he's cancelled.
The doctor who placed musician Kanye West on a 5150 psychiatric hold is not a psychiatrist, he’s a concierge doctor who makes house calls.
According to Housecalldoctorla.com, Dr. Michael Farzam is a hotel/concierge doctor who visits homes or hotel rooms throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
On Monday, Dr. Farzam called 911 saying West was experiencing
“temporary psychosis” due to “sleep deprivation” and “dehydration”.
But how could a non-psychiatrist make a mental health diagnosis such
as “temporary” psychosis? How would a concierge doctor know if West’s
psychosis was temporary or ongoing?
Why didn’t West’s own physician make the call?
According to California law, a person can be placed on 72-hour 5150
hold if he is danger to himself or others due to a mental illness.
This latest news only adds to the speculation that West faked a mental breakdown to collect $30 million on his tour insurance.

Contrary to a report credited to Seun Egbegbe that he was neither arrested nor beaten by any mob, PUNCH Metro gathered on Wednesday afternoon that the film-maker was still in police custody.
Egbegbe was mobbed on Tuesday for allegedly stealing nine iPhones, after which he was taken to the Area F Command in Ikeja.
It was learnt that the state
Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, had visited the Area F Command,
where Egbegbe was being detained, and was briefed on the investigation.
Egbegbe’s problem started at the Computer Village, Ikeja, after he was accused of stealing the iPhones from a shop.
After buying the phones, he reportedly
told a sales boy in the shop that he wanted to pick money from his
vehicle outside. He allegedly attempted to escape with the phones in the
waiting jeep when the sales boy raised the alarm.
However, he was said to have told the
police that he wanted to pick the money when the sales boy screamed for
help and alerted the mob.
But Egbegbe on Wednesday denied the incident.
The statement, which was credited to him and went viral, stated that he was neither arrested nor beaten up by any mob.
The statement read, “The story is pretty
laughable and better left in the court of public opinion. Ordinarily, I
do not want to join issues with the writer of the publication, but I
have a responsibility to set the records straight for my fans, friends
and foes, in the defence of the truth.
“To say the least, the news did not only
grossly misinform unsuspecting public; it also portrays traces of
campaign of calumny by some mercenary hell bent on destroying my name,
for reasons best known to them.
“I want to state here categorically and
emphatically that though I was at the Computer Village to address some
issues, I was never arrested for stealing 10 iPhone 7s, as stated by the
writer of the story. The matter has since been resolved by the police;
and the issue of me stealing phone is devilish from the said writer.
“It is germane to note that I am a
charitable, humane, and grass root person, who has exhibited
selflessness in communal service, which have used as a veritable tool
for social development.
“Finally, I wish to inform the general public to discard the report. I am presently at home relaxing.”
However, a police source at the command
told our correspondent at about 3pm on Wednesday that the film-maker was
still being held for interrogation.
The source said, “He (Egbegbe) is still
in our custody. His associates have been debunking the allegation. He is
still in detention. The CP even came to interrogate him this afternoon
(Wednesday).”
The Lagos State Police Public Relations
Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, said Egbegbe was still under investigation in
the command, adding that the public would be informed on the outcome of
the investigation on Thursday (today)
She said, “The case is still under
investigation. We will properly brief the press on the stand of the
command on the case by tomorrow (today).”
Commenting on the online statement, the
PPRO said, “You are aware that he was arrested. If an online publication
is saying he was not arrested, and the police said he was arrested,
which one do you want to believe?”

Patience Jonathan, wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan has
denied reports that $175m disappeared from her bank accounts after it
was discovered.
In a statement by her spokesman, Sam Dokubo, on Wednesday, Mrs
Jonathan said her accounts had a balance of less than $10m when it was
frozen by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
She said, “For the avoidance of doubt, while indeed it is true that
Dame Patience is in court for the protection of her fundamental rights
infringed upon by a ‘No debit order’ placed on her funds by the EFCC, it
is not for $15m but for funds less than $10m as has been clarified
several times.
“The purported story in a newspaper on November 19, 2016, about a
missing $175m allegedly belonging to the former first lady is not just
fictitious but plain falsehood.”
Mrs. Jonathan said the EFCC has not released an official statement on the missing $175m. It added, “The EFCC has not made any statement to the existence of an
investigation of any missing $175m linked to the former first lady.
“If any such funds as claimed, which was deposited by certain
verifiable persons has gone missing without a trace from a known bank,
Skye Bank, as was reported, then, the bank, its officials and those
mentioned must be held to account for the funds and not the former first
lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, who was in no way a part of the
transaction.
“The claim that the money was credited to a company linked to Dame
Patience Jonathan is also false; otherwise it should be officially
substantiated with credible evidence by Skye Bank and the EFCC that are
jointly mentioned in the report.”
Ayorinde said Lagos was
focused on trying a new method to deal with the problems of
environmental challenges.
The state said: “After a careful consideration, the State Executive
Council has therefore resolved that the present economic climate can no
longer support the continued lock down of a mega city like Lagos, when
the citizens should be free to engage in commercial and entrepreneurial
activities that can promote economic growth and prosperity. Read more: https://www.naij.com/1059971-breaking-lagos-cancels-monthly-sanitation.html
