Tonto Dikeh Celebrates Son With Beautiful Message As He Turns 1

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has taken to Instagram at the early hour of today, to celebrate her son as he turns one.

She wrote:
Happy birthday my Love!
Where do I even begin! This angel right here was sent from God to do wonders. My son! My little King! You have been my biggest strength and joy. Sometimes I feel as though I need a spare heart to help contain my love for you. (In tears)My baby boy,I have a son. The ocean to my eyes. The calm in my life. The one that soothes my soul with just a glance in your eyes. My prayer for you is that you walk in the path God has set for you. Everything else will fall into place! I will make sure you do not waiver from that set path. It is my duty as your mother. My obligation to you and the almighty God that put you in my care. As you enter your first year on this earth may you continue to experience abundant happiness and joy. Unexplainable success and favour! Incomprehensible blessing from all corners of the earth. Always remember that your father is the creator of this world. So you must tread it with confidence. He is the almighty God, so do not ever fear or feel flawed in your life. You will do wonders. As you take your baby steps may they grow into big strides and may you walk into more blessings! Just know that Mummy will be there at your back cheering you on as your personal cheerleader. I love you Baby! Always and forever! #KingIsOne#BirthdayBoy #KINGY #1 #MAMAKING #THANKFULHEART#GRATEFUL #KINGANDRE

Guinea Places Ban On Beauty Pageants Until Further Notice After Skimpy Outfits Cause Outrage

The Guinean government has temporarily placed a ban on beauty pageants after the skimpy outfits in the swimwear section caused outrage on social media. The ban comes after the 2017 Miss Guinee competitors were paraded in their bikinis in front of the Prime Minister Mamady Youla on Saturday, February 11, 2017.

Several Guineans on social tagged the competition a 'total shame',  while one publication, Flash Guinee, asked in its headline if the prime minister was encouraging prostitution.
In a statement released by Culture Minister, Siaka Barry, he said the ban will run until after a new code of ethics has been drawn up.  He also added that the government has ended its contract with the organisers of the beauty pageant.

For 9ice this would mean stepping on another level for him as he says TMC is Nigeria’s very own Sony Music or BMG.

He wrote:

For me, this is the right thing to do at this stage in my career and indeed for any forward thinking artiste. When we started music, we grew with the knowledge that everything was all about the artiste; you are the manager, owner of the record label etc. We did this to the best of our ability.
This is the time to give experienced professionals the chance to take care of you because one will become the better for it.  Temple Management are like our own Sony or BMG in Nigeria. Any artiste who plans to grow need to work with the right people such as Temple Management Company
