Last Saturday, actors Yvonne Jegede and Abounce got married in a private and simplest wedding ceremony ever and the this simple act has got them applause from fans and even Genevieve magazine publisher, Betty Irabor.

Apart from keeping it private, they made use of simple and not well known vendors too.

Gushing about them, Betty wrote thus "When you look at this picture what do you see?
I will tell you what I see. I don't see two celebs, I see two happy people who genuinely love themselves enough to love each other. You cannot give what you don't have, remember? You cannot love others without self love. I see a couple who are not living their lives to please others because they don't need to prove anything, They know that they are not in any race or competition... They got engaged without any suffocating drama, their traditional wedding yesterday was at its realest. Most of the pressure people go through are self inflicted in an attempt to make unnecessary statements. Who are these people everyone is trying to impress anyway? The truth is, people try too hard to be accepted, to meet other people's expectations, to please others who really shouldn't count...what really should count at the end of the day is the marriage not the wedding....marriages begin where weddings end .
I have come to know Yvonne and Kunle better and I believe what they share is deep, very deep.. And at the end of the day, that's what counts...

Sad! 8-Year-Old Boy Accidentally Shoots Sister Dead After Mum Left Them Home Alone With Loaded Gun

An eight year old boy shot his five-year-old sister dead when they were left home alone with a loaded gun.

The boyfriend of their mother was arrested on weapons charges on Monday over the incident – he is a registered sex offender.

TheSunUK reports police said the little girl, Serenity Allen, was shot dead when her older brother fired a single round from a gun while they were inside their apartment.

The children's mother had left to go to a store when the shooting happened on Saturday.


Cops have ruled the killing as an accident.

On Sunday, her boyfriend Maurice Mobley, 34, was arrested by police after he turned himself in.

He was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Officer Christian Hancock said in a news release that police believe Mobley was the person who brought the gun into the family's house.

He is a registered sex offender and has a lengthy criminal record - he was ordered to be held on $200,000 bond before his court appearance.

CAN Encourages Nigerians To Pray For Buhari

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Niger State has called on Nigerians to pray for the well-being of President Muhammadu Buhari and his safe return to the country.
The state’s CAN Chairman, Rev. Echioda Mathias, made the call in an interview with journalists in Minna on Monday.
Mathias said that based on the teachings of the Holy Bible, Nigerians should always pray for their leaders.
“It is God, who made Buhari our leader; therefore, we should imbibe the habit of praying for his well-being.
“Let us pray he gets well completely and returns quickly to continue with the good work he has been doing; we believe God will heal him,’’ he said.

 Mathias urged Nigerians to unite and defend the good intentions of the present administration.
He further advised Nigerians to be security-conscious and to assist security agencies with useful information that would help tackle the security challenges in the country.
The chairman also urged religious and traditional leaders to encourage peaceful co-existence in their domain.
“Nigerians should learn to live in harmony in spite of religious or ethnic differences; they should also be patriotic to move the country forward.
“Security is a collective responsibility; therefore, as individuals, we must contribute positively toward the development of the country and make it a better place,’’ he said.

Kanye West appears to have a change of mind in his support for Donald Trump.

Kim Kardashian’s husband and father of two, deleted all his tweets about U.S President, Donald Trump. Kanye West did so because he’s ‘unhappy with what Donald’s done during his first two weeks in office.
According to TMZ, the 39-year-old rapper is especially distraught over his travel ban.

 Kanye had tweeted about Trump in a positive light after the election. In December, the day he met with Trump in NYC, he wrote, “I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.”
Kanye also wrote about issues on which he felt he could influence Trump, writing, “These issues include bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago.”
Our sources say Kanye’s decision to remove the tweets were all his. The “Muslim ban” and other actions have turned him against the prez.

The Liverpool indigene puts on only rubber gloves as she scrubs bathrooms, dusts shelves, vacuums carpets and irons clothes at her naturist clients' homes. But she insists her customers - who are forbidden from making advances - are complete gentlemen, and claims she never feels like a s*x object even as they watch her clean totally nude.

Emily said: “To me cleaning n*ked is really not a big deal – it is completely normal. I’m just a really confident person and am really comfortably with nudity so being naked doesn’t faze me at all.

 While cleaning naked was something I had never done before, it just felt really natural to do. This fits in really well round my daughter, and it is a really well-paid job – the money is good for what you have to do. So far it has been a really positive experience. There hasn’t been anything which has made me think twice.

“The clients are really respectful and chivalrous. They carry the hoover up the stairs for me and offer glasses of water. The most common question people ask is ‘is it warm enough?’ but after a few minutes carrying a hoover around you definitely are.

“My friends and sisters know and are really supportive. My husband was initially a little concerned for my safety but he trusts me – I am an adult. I had a baby nine months ago and I’m sure there are people who would think ‘oh my god’ at my body. But I’m not there to be a sex object – so it doesn’t matter if I have a few stretch marks on my hips or a baby belly. Everyone has a naked body under their clothes, I’m not sure why we’re all so uptight about it.”

Emily came up with the idea after her friend told her about women who are paid to film themselves cleaning their own homes naked. She then found firm Naturist Cleaners on Google. The company employs almost 80 male and female staff across the UK, and she has been doing the job for five weeks so far.

Clients enter strict agreement which forbids them from making any sexual advances towards them. Explaining her first day at the job, Emily said:

“Before my first job I was a little bit nervous but it was completely ok. The clients are naturists so for them it is completely normal to be naked, and that makes you feel normal and comfortable. It’s not about being sexy or about your own body, it’s about making a naturist person feel happy and comfortable.

“They don’t care if you are young and gorgeous or 65 and wrinkly, it’s about being comfortable nude. There is only stigma attached because someone attaches a stigma. If the client is happy and confident you feel like it is a normal thing and there is nothing to be concerned or nervous about.

“I arrive clothed because as much as the client and I don’t have a problem with it, that’s not to say the neighbours don’t mind, and get undressed indoors. Then we have a bit of chit chat, I do my jobs and then go. I have never felt uncomfortable but if I ever felt there was anything untoward I would be able to leave.”

Court Extends Seun Egbeegbe’s Remand Order

Seun Egbeegbe, suspected scammer accused of attempting to swindle $9,000 and £3,000 from two bureau de change operators on Thursday, February 2, 2017, is still in custody of Lagos Police Command.

The music and movie promoter along with his accomplice (Ayodele Oyekan) spent the weekend in detention. And now, according to Encomium.ng, their remand order was extended on Monday, February 6 by the courts.

Encomium reports that when they contacted the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, she confirmed that the suspects are still detained. She said:

“He’s still in custody. The Command got the consent of the court for his continued detention so as to allow extensive investigation since he’s an habitual suspect.”
Set for court on Wednesday, February 8, in the theft of nine iPhone handsets case of November 22, 2016, Egbeegbe is becoming a serial suspect.
