Chris Brown — The Real Problem Is Still Rihanna

 (TMZ) — Chris Brown got a hot meal after getting sprung from jail, and TMZ has learned … his people aren’t that worried about the misdemeanor assault charge — they’re WAY more concerned about the impact it will have on his probation status in the Rihanna case.
Law enforcement sources tell us … the charge against Chris was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor because the victim’s injuries weren’t that severe and witness statements conflicted.   The reality is — worst case scenario … Chris won’t do any time for the assault.

The Rihanna case is much more problematic.  As we first reported, the L.A. County Probation Dept. is already conducting an investigation to determine if Chris violated his probation.  As one source familiar with the investigation tells us, “It’s pretty clear he didn’t keep his nose clean.  It sure seems like a violation.”
The Probation Dept. will submit a report to the judge in the Rihanna case, and the D.A. will then weigh in — based on what we know, they will almost certainly ask the judge to REVOKE Chris’ probation.
Worst case scenario for Chris … if probation is revoked, 4 years in State prison.

Folashade Tinubu Ojo, the first daughter of former Lagos State governor, Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has been crowned the new Iyaloja of Lagos State and the President General of the Market Men and Women of Nigeria.
The installation took place today at the palace of the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu.
Her appointment in July 2013, was witnessed and endorsed by market leaders of all the 57 local governments in Lagos State but it was however trailed with controversies and condemnation.

Bola Tinubu's mother, Abibat Mogaji held the position before she passed away recently and appointed her as successor.

Nollywood Actress, Janet Atayero-Oluseye Dies

Tragic period of Nollywood celebrities deaths continues. The beautiful actress named Janet Atayero Oluseye, who used to be one of the prominent faces of Yoruba genre of Nollywood, has passed away.
Janet, who got married just a year ago, to Olalekan Oluseye, died at the age of 32 on Wednesday 23th of October, 2013.
The member of Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioner (ANTP), Ibadan chapter was with the Ojopagogo movie caucus in Ibadan until her death.
She was said to have complained of pains on her foot and couldn’t walk with it for months and subsequently her condition deteriorated even though she was treated in the hospital and with some spiritual measures.
However, Janet Atayero Oluseye didn't survive and was buried in Lagos, the same day she died.

Furious Kanye West Suing YouTube Co-founder For Uploading Footage Of His Proposal To Kim K

YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley immediately boosted interested in his latest project, MixBit, by uploading a video of Kanye West’s incredible proposal to Kim Kardashian.
1.5 million fans (since last week) flocked to catch a glimpse of the San Francisco spectacle but according to a report, the happy aura surrounding 36-year-old Kanye since Kim, 33, said yes hasn’t stopped him from becoming furious with the leaked video.

The event was being filmed for his future family’s E! show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians and TMZ say Hurley violated a non-disclosure agreement by publishing the video.

The proposal left Kim speechless, for once.
‘She was shocked and couldn’t speak after,’ a source a the scene told People magazine. ‘Everyone had mascara running down their faces from tears.’
From the ring to the guests, Kanye personally oversaw every detail of the special moment.
The ‘flawless’ cushion cut diamond is, according to the firm’s rep, ‘a D-stone, the best diamond there is, type 2A’.She added: ‘Kanye was involved in every single way. He had a vision from the beginning.
‘He looked at a lot of stones and he wanted only the best. He and Lorraine emailed back and forth,  and stayed up nights discussing how he wanted it to be.’
Tobias Kormind, co-founder of specialist diamond jeweller 77 Diamonds, told MailOnline: ‘I would estimate that a diamond of this size and quality would be worth well over £1 million; Kim is a very lucky woman!’
