QUARTER TO DIVORCE: KHLOE KARDASDHIAN AND HUSBAND LAMAR ODOM PUT UP THEIR HOME FOR SALE SECRETLY

According to a report by TMZ, Khloe Kardashian and her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, have secretly put their home up for sale

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are packing it in -- we've learned they are secretly selling their Tarzana mansion. Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe has given several San Fernando Valley realtors a pocket listing -- meaning the house will not appear in the multiple listing service.  It's being done on the down low.  Any prospective buyer must pre-qualify before seeing the house, meaning they must have the dough to buy the crib. 

We're told Khloe and Lamar want a cool $4 mil for the house.  They paid $3.95 million in 2009. Our sources say Khloe is the driving force behind the sale, telling realtors she wants to "start fresh and move on."

Title to the house is held in both Khloe and Lamar's names. Khloe intends to divorce Lamar, but no documents have been prepared or filed because she knows he's in a fragile state and doesn't want to push him over the edge.

 Star Boy Wizkid’ (Ayo Balogun), is rewarding his fans by engaging in a rare philanthropic gesture, by giving out airtime, amounting to a N100, 000, for his fans on Twitter.
The MTN ambassador decided to reward his loyal fans with the airtime as a show of appreciation for their support and standing by him.
Some fans got as much as N23, 000 airtime and have been full of gratitude.

Editorial Note: Being the editor of a fashion magazine is a dream job. It’s also one of the most difficult jobs in the world because you rarely get hours off to relax or even let loose a bit. All I know is when you are blessed with a great team who believe in your vision, anything and everything in life is possible. On our November cover is a gorgeous African singer who is completely dedicated to her craft. She is a terrific vocalist, a mother to an adorable girl and is a Globacom Ambassador. WAJE brings the spark to our cover this month and each time I think about WAJE, she reminds me so much of Tina Turner on stage. Her live performances always leave me speechless and each single she has ever performed has always had so much energy in it. She loves to laugh, she loves life and she loves to sing. This month, WAJE shares everything with Zen; from her new singles to her plans for a new album. We also get to know more about her musical career, and what she feels about African fashion.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT BY MAVIN RECORDS ON WANDE COAL'S DEPARTURE FROM THE LABEL

An official statement from Mavin Records regarding Wande Coal's exit from the label...

It is with deep regret that we officially announce the departure of recording artist Wande Ojosipe, popularly known as Wande Coal, from Mavin Records due to irreconcilable differences.

Over the past few months, Mavin Records has made a concerted move to consolidate its position in the Nigerian music industry. Mavin has pursued a renewed ethos to raise its standards of quality and professionalism to a world-class level. Wande’s vision has not aligned with ours and a few months ago all parties mutually agreed that a separation would be the best course of action.

Legal parties on both sides have spent the past six months trying to reach an amicable solution in terms of musical property rights. However the decision by Wande Coal to release ‘Baby Face’ purportedly as his own material is a direct breach of intellectual property law and compelled an immediate clarification on our part.

Both Mavin Records and Wande Coal have enjoyed a remarkable run in the course of their working relationship. It is unfortunate that conflicting priorities contributed to the premature curtailment of a hitherto fruitful accord.

Mavin Records reaffirms its goal to constantly provide high quality music to our fans and introduce new and exciting talent into the industry.

We wish Wande Coal the best of luck in all his future endeavours.
