HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BEAUTIFUL ACTRESS JACKIE APPIAH

December Born: Beautiful actress Jackie Appiah celebrates her birthday today, December 5, the actress born on 1983 turns 30. The actress through her creative acts has proven to the world that she is among the top 5 best actress in Africa.
For her work as an actress she has received several awards and nominations, including the awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2010 African Movie Academy Awards and Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the African Movie Academy Awards in 2007.She received two nominations for Best Actress in a leading role and Best Upcoming Actress at the African Movie Academy Awards in 2008.
Agyemang is the last of five children. She was born in Canada and spent her early childhood in Canada, and moved to Ghana with her mother at age 10.She is popularly known by her maiden name, Appiah. Agyemang married in 2005 and has one son. Jackie’s father is Kwabena Appiah (the younger brother of the late Joe Appiah-a famed lawyer in Kumasi) currently residing in Toronto Canada.
Agyemang’s appearance on screen became regular when she was invited by Edward Seddoh Junior the writer of Things We Do For Love as she played the role of Enyonam Blagogee. She later took part in Tentacles, Games People Play and many other TV series.
The Canadian born  remembers herself as being very shy the first time she went on set, “It was a Venus Film Production titled Divine Love and I had to play the role of Kate, the protagonist. I didn’t believe I did too good. I fumbled but many people did not notice it.” Despite her nerves the first timer said she succeeded in impressing everyone.

Agyemang says her best part was in Mummy’s Daughter by Venus Films. The film tells the story of the Bartels Family where she played the role of Princess, the daughter. “I loved how I acted and I was happy with the role I played”. Agyemang now sees the local film industry as having changed for the better. She thinks that others will see its ultimate success.
The 4 play and 4 play Reloaded actress’  face can be seen on many billboards and TV commercials in Ghana including a GSMF advert on protection against HIV AIDS, she won the face of U.B in a promotion she did for them on TV commercials and she is currently the face of IPMC for commercials and billboards. “GSMF ” was her first TV commercial.
Gorgeous and talented Ghanaian star actress has picked up another award for her award-winning performance in ‘The Perfect Picture. She picked up the award for Best Actress in a Drama at the just ended Africa Magic Viewers’ choice Awards in Lagos Nigeria.
She has stared in movies like ‘Divine Love’, ‘The Prince’s bride’, ‘Blindfold’ and a host of others.

The 2013 edition of the Channel O Music Video Awards held at Walter Sisulu Square, in Kliptown Soweto on Saturday November 30, 2013.
The event which was hosted by Naeto C and AKA saw Nigerian Pop duo Psquare and Banky W, walk away with the awards for ‘Most Gifted African (West) Video‘ and ‘Most Gifted RnB Video‘ respectively.
Wizkid won the biggest award of the night ‘Most Gifted Video of the Year‘ beating Psquare, Ice Prince, R2Bees, Mafikizolo, Fuse ODG.

Kim Kardashian was spotted spending her day in New York City with her beautiful baby girl North West, who was sheltered from the cold weather in her stroller, earlier today. Being the quite the fashion-forward duo, the mother-and-daughter pair coordinated by matching in all black. Well, kinda.
There's no telling what Nori was wearing, but her stroller and blanket matched Kim's all-black ensemble (no surprise there), so it was pretty stylish, regardless.
We also couldn't help but notice that the E! star seems to be letting her natural hair color grow out. Could she be going for a natural ombré? Or maybe we'll see her dark tresses make a comeback?
